Colliers Wood Runners are a friendly group of local people who want to get out and do some exercise on a Saturday morning. We cater for all abilities and ages, no one is left behind.
We run for about 45-50 minutes each Saturday, usually covering 5-7kms depending on fitness. The usual route is from the High Street and up into Morden Hall Park. Heading up to Phipps Bridge tram stop and around the loop at the top of the park. Experienced runners do 2 or 3 loops and others will take a rest stop, before we all turn back to Coffee in the Wood for a well earned coffee (and cake).
EVERYONE is welcome! Some of us are training for running events (such as half marathons) and others are just getting out for a weekly run. Come and join us – outside Coffee in the Wood 10am every Saturday.
