A new local plan is being prepared for Merton in 2020, and residents are being consulted on all the hot topics!

This might be one of the most important consultations we’ve had for some time.

There is a link here to the website where the consultation is pretty simple to respond to – it’s a series of surveys, you can respond to all of them or just the ones that interest you. We are encouraging everyone to have their say. Further details can be found on the site.

Consultation ends 8 January 2018, which unfortunately means the residents association can not make a collective response as we will not have a meeting before the 8th (our AGM is on 9 January)

We will be watching this planning very closely and hope to make a more collective response before the 2nd consultation in Summer 2018. We will discuss more at the AGM.
